What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide across Pakistan. You pay the delivery rider when your order arrives — no card or advance payment required.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, they enter processing and cannot be cancelled. Message us immediately on WhatsApp at +92 310 4516446 with your order number.

We offer a 7-day return window for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Products cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene reasons, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
